TLM Acquires SimplyPHP

Saguenay | Wednesday, February 11, 2026 – TLM has acquired SimplyPHP, a Canadian company specializing in PHP development, known for providing senior developer services to businesses looking to strengthen their technological capabilities.

This acquisition aligns with TLM’s strategic vision to expand its presence in the North American market and solidify its position as a key technology partner for both startups and large enterprises. SimplyPHP shares not only TLM’s technological expertise but also its vision: long-term client support and flexible team reinforcement.

Founded in 2010 by Tony Capozzi and Raph Leroux, SimplyPHP has become a recognized leader in PHP development staff augmentation. Its client base is primarily international.
