At 17, after doing a student exchange in Senegal, he founded his first company importing musical instruments. During his university studies, he launched his first software product startup.<\/p>

At the age of 26, he founded TLM, which now has more than 100 employees on two continents. Shortly after, he once again showed his flair for business by partnering to buy another software company. Today, in addition to investing in innovative startups and being on multiple investment committees, he is actively involved in support ecosystems.<\/p>

From meeting business leaders while sledding, to walking outdoors while doing videoconferences, Robi stands out with his bold personality. During his university studies, he contributed to the automation of a water treatment plant in France. Later, he obtained a strategic position in a multinational, landing major contracts for prestigious clients, while elevating his team to management positions. Co-founder of TLM, he is also invested in numerous startups, notably in Agritech, Edtech, and Fintech. Having sold his first startup at the age of 25, Charles has always been immersed in entrepreneurship. He stands out for his strength in creating connections.<\/p>

Having led several startup and technology company projects, Charles thrives on challenges at high speed, as much as he would on his motorcycle or bicycle. A globetrotter at heart, he has lived and worked in multiple countries in Europe and North America, which allowed him to specialize in acquiring market share and generating revenue internationally. During his career, he reinvented the product range of a publicly traded technology company, increasing revenues from $1M to $5M.<\/p>

After spending 20 years in Quebec, he returned to France to propel TLM onto a new continent, carving out its place in the ecosystem.
